I will be SHOUTCasting off my own site the meeting that will be going on about the ForbiddenChaos Beta League for MWLL, and after that might be SHOUTCasting a 5v5 match CHH v CSJ. Meeting is at 8:00 PM EST tonight and the match will be right after that at 9:00 PM EST

I didn't watch all of it yet, but first thing that jumps out is the back ground music in the 1st one is way too loud.  Some points I didn't know you were speaking at all.

On commentary, needs some work on the "banter" piece.  Fill in the non "action" moments with facts like common tactics used on the map, theorizing about what team is going to do, fun facts about the units etc.

I'll watch the rest when i get home from work, but not a bad 1st effort.

Some notes:

I think you caught all the epic shots from last nights scrim so good job.

Not sure what the other commentator was saying, but as Square said maybe some more talk about potential ideas that the teams may utilize based on their mech choices during the downtime.

I've heard of other casters using SKYPE together and recording that sound not sure how to set it up but maybe that will get you in the right direction.

By the third movie you had it toned right, but just make sure the music is more in the background.

Higher res for youtube if possible.  I can live with 480 but the game is so stunning i think it deserves 720 at least!

Aye good job guys.

A few of things to raise.

I agree about the music, why I made the comment in game.

Far too dark in matches on youtube at least anyway, get in touch with snowball in regards to a good format for processing videos and a format to save them too as he does all our trial recording and it looks really good up on youtube.

Also some more focus on tactics/units would be great as well. An idea is maybe both units send you guys their droplists b4 the match so you can talk about them as the game is starting during the warmup period? maybe discuss likely strategies and counter strats etc etc.

You've deffo got the enthusiasm anyway and a good rapport with each other and thats what we need. It's a great start, look forward to the next one.

I use Sony Vegas Pro 9.0e and well lil experience with it but I did not touch the editing software, just put it together and added music because my annoying voice was not on it lol, Think it was FRAPS idk, but first, im sure the 2nd one will be a lot better and maybe some more people would like to come in and watch the game and call it for the SHOUTCast and the video.
