Cannot Launch MWLL

OK I just reinstall everything. Patched Crysis to 1.21
Installed MWLL 0.3.0, and patched it up with 0.3.1 and 0.3.2.
But when I click on the launch icon I get the windows "plonk" sound and the following error

MWLL.Launcher.exe - program error
Program was not correctly initialized (0xc0000135). Click OK to close the program.

I had no problems installing it on my old computer, and I get the same error when trying to launch the mod no matter if I run 3.0, 3.1 or 3.2 I just downloaded the files via torrent, is the torrent files corrupted in some way?what is wrong here?
What odd is that I can launch the mod via crysis, but not with its own launcher.

I'm gonna try the direct download and see if that works, somehow I have a very strong suspicion something is wrong with the torrent file.

did you install the .net framework?  That's needed for the launcher to work

This is why I hate reinstalling windows, there are always something thats missing.
I though that a windows XP disc containing a SP2 version of the OS would contain ALL updates up until the time it was made.
Whats worse is that Net framework is not considered an important update, despite it being required for so many things.

Already got 3.5 SP1 installed now.
So much hassle just to get one game to work.
Now I have to set up my profiles and actionmaps as well.
I had to forget to copy all important information from my old HDD.
Then again, come to think of it. Should be easy to get the stuff from my old HDD, all I have to do is boot up with it and copy the info to one of my externals.
I'm guessing maybe 15 min work.

Hey Dragonlord, if you hate reinstalling Windows (Don't we all?), then I highly recommend that you invest a small amount in good backup software like Acronis.  I don't even run antivirus.  I just backup regularly.  Then when something goes wrong, I just backtrack on the backups until the problem disappears.  It only takes me minutes to restore, and it saves me the hassle of locating each and every program and utility I need and reinstalling it.  In the past few years, I have probably crashed my system about fifty times installing various stuff, and when it goes wrong, I just use the backup, and everything goes back to the way it was in a few minutes.  It's awesome!  I don't worry about any of it.  I just use the computer, and before I risk installing anything new that might muck up the system, I do a new incremental backup.  Try it, you'll love it.

Thing is I just installed a new HDD on my computer.
Think the old one was about to break down.
So It would not help no matter how much backup I had done as I would have to reinstall everything on my new HDD anyway.

Yeah I got it running, was the stupid net framework missing only.
Once I got that installed everything worked as it should.

Why Net framework is not part of the installation process from he CD is beyond me, considering how many applications actually require it to be able to run.
