I crash about once a month or even less (that might be caused by me heavily alt-tabbing in loading processes which might mess up rendering contexts)

Notebook: Clevo M570 RU
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo T9300 2.50 GHz
Graphics + Driver version: NVIDIA Geforce 8800MGTX  + 186.81
Soundcard: Intel HD Audio (ICH8 based)
Operating system: Windows 7 Professional, 64 bit

DirectX Level MW:LL runs Directx 9 (10 wouldnt matter actually, but would way slower)
Resolution, aspect ratio
1280x800, 16:10, mid spec

Backgroundprocesses:
-Winamp Agent/Winamp
-Skype/Teamspeak
-Kopete (ICQ)
-KDE4 daemon and dependencies
-razer mouse daemon
-firefox

Antivirus: None
AntiSpyware: None
Firewall: None

(yes, you read correctly.. I don't need any of them. This is my gaming OS only)

I begin to see a pattern.

A friend of mine has Win7/64 and does not crash, other friends all crash and all do not have Win7/64.

There is anybody crashing because the novacat who use Win7/64?

Nope, I crash all the time with 64bit.

That's becuase you are not running DX10 and x64 MWLL. Then you won't ever crash.

Win 7/64
AMD X2 3800+ (yea Old upgrading soon)
3 gb cheap ram.
3-4 year old HP Pavilion PC with upgraded psu (power supply to 500 watt -cheap one too)
5830 ATI Gigabyte with 10.7 Cat.  (Previously 4850 that never crashed either)
Well maintained clean system (essential! ccleaner mydefrag etc)
No internet security (like that Norton crack) except Win 7 firewall. (Never had a virus ever or ever been hacked)
Microsoft Security Essentials (turned off while gaming and it is the new beta version)
No OTHER CRAP running. (startup is clean- no messenger, adobe speedreader, quicktime or any other crap)
NO overclocking.

Never crashes on DX10.
Runs very smooth with in game tweaked options for vid.
