CryENGINE 2 Network Client and Server System

Is there any information available for the Network Client and Server System?  I have a number of questions and here are a few of them.

1.  Does it support remote management
2.  Does it support IDispatch
3.  Does it support automation scripting
4.  Does it provide UseName:Password login

I've been a Mechwarrior fan for over 5 years.  I've supported to leagues with utility programming.  Currently, I'm providing coding support to Inner Sphere Wars; www.iswars.com.
