Well there was that one time I facerolled 4 mechs at once with the Demo prime but overheated before I could kill the fifth one...
And yes, I have overheated a few times, but the pauses to keep from overheating is what keeps the Demo prime from being insane, if you can just fire constantly all day it will be a pain in the ass to deal with, (it already is but not annoyingly so). I will hardly see a difference in the AC10, but AC20 is another story.

As it is the overheating is the only thing that slows me down when I'm in a Demo prime, without it I'm sort of afraid it will be easy mode.

I assume devs are aware of that and will balance AC damage to compensate for the lack of overheat.

Huh... I hope the AC20 fires a bit slower then, the Demolisher Prime already rapes all as it is, not ever overheating could go over the top...

You are aware that overheating AC20's allow you to fire them faster, right? See: thread

The AC20s kind of never overheat because the overheat cooldown until you can shoot again only takes slightly longer then the time it needs to reload. But the AC10s are bad so we removed the overheat from both to be consistend.
There comes a point where the talking must stop, and people have to do actual work.

AC10's were pretty pathetic. Chain fired you could fire off maybe 7 rounds? where as with UAC10's you could fire closer to 30.. lol

14.

Or possibly 11. I haven't used the UAC10 in a long time.

Ok I trust you guys.  8)

Might think about adding a bit more damage to the AC10, the DPS per five seconds (as long as it takes the AC20 to overheat)
Of the AC20 and UAC10 is not equal, AC20 beats it out by a decent little chunk.

UAC5 does as much if not a little more DPS than an AC10 so good job there, though I would REALLY like to see it made into a burst firing weapon (I will give you guys cookies if you ever do! ;D)

Other than hit detection issues the heat fix will be a really nice buff for the Autocannons, no more overheating my Mauler C 3 seconds into battle. :P
