Please reinstall your MWLL. Your probably didnt follow the exact steps so you are missing some files. Report back if MWLL starts flawlessly then you can start trying with the Editor again.

I tried to reinstall correctly x times and every time I followed the steps correctly^^
But I got the same problem every time
