Although there is very limited space, I definitely support using the spawn room signs more. I am all over the forum and wiki now, since I have been playing since January, but I remember my first game...

I had no idea what the hell was going on (even what the keys were to chat!) and those signs were the only thing that allowed me to play any kind of game at all. And here I am 9 months later, when it could have been a very short career.

The benefit of them being that it is right there, when a noob needs it most.

Of course I'm not against making instructional vids, but they have to be in the noobs face for them to ever know they're there. I don't want your work to be wasted!

Spawn room signs could be easily missed as you can spawn in the control room, so that those signs are invisible to you and the player wouldn't search for them as no one expect such gameplay hints to be there in the first place.

I think the best we can do with tutorial videos is to put them in place of the default tutorial videos in crysis main menu or, if that is too hard or impossible to do due to technical limitations, make MWLL launcher to have a separate tutorial menu.

You do know that most players never touch any tutorials at all? ::)
Touché!
... make MWLL launcher to have a separate tutorial menu.
This is a good idea.

Or add a boolean which will cause a tutorial map to run. After that the boolean is set and no tutorial will be started next time you start the game.
Force them to be good MechWarriors... You know, kids need strong hands sometimes.

A button on the mwll launcher, linking to the wiki page tutorial would be a good idea i guess, or an internal copy of the page which would be opened in browser.

'It's too bad they don't have a "Report to Mother button", I bet you'd be slapping that one twenty-four-seven so she'd come dry your tears when your own idiocy leads you to failure in a game on the internet.' - dimachaerus

New idea- would I be able to use an external hard drive to add RAM and/or improve gigahertz?
