I don't think that the temperature is the problem, my CPU is at around 70° ând my GPU at 60° when I play Crysis.

Holy shit thats WAY too hot. Around 60-65 is the redline for most cpus. Any hotter and things start to melt. Gpus on the other hand are designed to take mugh higher temps. The redline for a gpu is around 115-120C.
The HD4850 is hardly adequate unless you stay on low settings. The HD5850 is one of the best cards for Crysis for the dollar amount. The new Nvidea 460GTX is not as fast but it is considerably cheaper than the 5850 (Gamestop selling 1GB versions for $169 after rebate). If you want to economize you can pick up a used 275GTX or 280GTX for about $125- $150 and get outstanding performance at high/medium settings.Your CPU is more than adequate.
