Wow, this is rather nice.

I'm really glad the turrets have been modified to fire at battle armor only when they're in range of their radar.

so i'm confused, what sets the ranges for the sentries?  It's based on map makers preference are is there an in game method to modify the sentries?

The ranges are defined by a class assigned to the specific turret type.

Correct.

Reason for this is giving map makers the ability to alter turret range would allow for greatly differing performance for the same turret type across different levels. This would mean that the gameplay might be inconsistent between maps, especially if it were to be abused in community maps.

New idea- would I be able to use an external hard drive to add RAM and/or improve gigahertz?

Nice addition! How durable are they going to be? Is it going to take a few large laser blasts to take them out or a few alpha strikes from a heavy?

Good job! I'm especially glad about AI improvements. Still have hopes to see the possibility of creating single player campaign and multiplayer/training bots. ;)

Sounds good! However, these Friday sneak peeks always make me a bit sad, because I know 0.4.0 isn't going to be released during the weekend or the next week...
