What preparations do we need to do for 4.0

Great news from the best mod I have ever played.

4.0 is right around the corner.

Just want to be ready what do we need to do?

Install Crysis wars, patch up to what etc ?

1. Install Crysis Wars

2. Create your profile ... if you don't have a GameSpy account go to GameSpy and create one.

3. Start Crysis Wars and create your in-game profile using the GameSpy account you created.

4. Check to make sure Crysis Wars works ok.

5. Exit Wars and install the Crysis Wars 1.5 patch

6. Re-test Crysis Wars. Connect to a Crysis Wars server online.

7. Wait for MWLL 0.4.0 update files to be released.

8. Twiddle your thumbs for awhile ... grab some Christmas cookies ... if you are not Christian ... then convert and find some Christmas cookies

use soap and shampoo w/deoderant, brush your teeth and floss,wash your clothes,get a 4 pack of 32 oz. red bull,update everything if it needs it,

get a can of computer cleaner and get rid of the dust bunnies in your computer. some reading material while you download probably a massive patch. :)

also the howard hughes option is a good alternateive. (use foil on your windows,cut your phoneline,grow your beard out and fingernails....)  8)

Grab enough books to read through a dowload a little over 2 GB - the new game mode and maps grew it a fair bit  and everyte byte is worth it.

0.3.0 is 1.77GB, maps are roughly 100mb in size, plus we have new vehicles and artwork (art is the biggest hog). So 2GB makes sense.

I seriously hope we can stop this 'download whole mod over again' nonsense- all I'm doing is wasting bandwidth on files that are completely identical to the ones I already have.

I feel bad for the Aussies, they have even more draconian bandwidth limits than we do in the UK.
