I have unlim internet in the former USSR 

costs $20 and gives unlim, but the speed lowers after I downloaded 1.5 GB. I can download stuff at $2/3 GB at "insane" speeds too

the only problem is that I have ADSL 

So?
Mine is ADSL too.
The A simply means that upload and download are different from each other.
While SDSL would be for example 10/10 up/down of 50/50 up down, my ADSL is 10/50 up/down.
TECHNICALLY, my ISP says they lower my Speeds after 100Gigs of Transfered data . . but eh, never happened, even after i managed to get 1TB Data transfered in one month . .

Damn where do you people live where the ISP's rule with an iron fist and give you guys 10GB max downloads per month?

In many parts of the world, capped Internet usage is called "The Internet".

I dont know where -Slash- is from, but im in Australia and im capped to 10GB per month.

Is it normal, that my game always crashes after mapcycle? Always when i load a
new map and the game is "Restarting" my MWLL Ctd´s.
