well I did launch it using the desktop launcher shortcut, still messed up.
However I just relaunched and I see 2 servers running 0.4.0, one of which is locked and named as a Testing server.
I'll try the other server.
Applied temporary 0.4.0 hotfix and launched.
Launch and menu still "broken" in that when MWLL launches, I get the EA, Crytek, nVidia, Intel, and ESRB Online launch animations before loading into game.
Menu is wacko and online MWLL servers are mingled with regular Crysis game servers.
Could not see any MWLL servers running 0.4.0.
I'll wait until tomorrow when the more organized and official hotfix is released via AutoUpdater.
I get the same issue.
Apparently, Bobby has gotten his to work with the proper startup screen, but I have been unable to.
I'd like to know what he did to get his working... also did he mention seeing any servers running 0.4.0?
Sometimes I see 3 servers, which autokick me, sometimes I zero.
Bobby sees three, he got in, but crashed when Alt-tabbing out to message me.
Bobby is using Non-Steam Crysis Wars 32bit he bought at Walmart.
I am using Steam Crysis Wars 64bit installed on E:\, while my Windows Vista is installed on D:
So I'm like D:
lol I have Crysis 64bit.
How does this difference between Crysis and Crysis Wars versions of MWLL work anyway? It was my understanding that now people who do not have Crysis and only have Crysis Wars may install MWLL and play with Crysis MWLL users. However, I have heard that Crysis MWLL and Crysis Wars MWLL are actually like two seperate mods and users cannot play with each other if one is running MWLL through Crysis and the other is running it through Crysis Wars.
Could someone please explain?
Edit: Nevermind about that other server (server name: Jobbalo), I cannot connect and it has a ping of N/A.
Edit again: also my Crysis is non-Steam. Got it from GameStop, it's actually the Special Edition since new SE was $10 cheaper then new regular.
