« on: December 29, 2010, 11:38:36 AM »
So im getting the "Disconnected from Server" error when trying to connect to servers, I have already reinstalled MWLL 0.4.0, and tried both with and without the hotfix numerous times.

EDIT: And now Im not even getting any servers.

Have you tried loading Crysis Wars (unmodded) and looking at multiplayer games there? If you can see those games, load the mod, then try again.

Same problem here.
No MWLL intro movie when starting, yet MWLL logo appears in the Internet Games Lobby

Those of you getting quick disconnects, are you connecting to the Internet through a router? Are you running the Windows Firewall? If you are running the WIndows Firewall, do you have exceptions in the Winodws firewall to allow communication between your client computer and the MWLL Internet server?

I had the same problem when i first installed. Sadly, im not sure what i did but suddenly they all started working. I disabled antivirus, disabled firewall, and disabled dx10 mode in the launcher (this is probably what did it)

What about disabling dx10 in launcher? This is one of the few things i did before it started working for me.
