Wouldn't it be the easiest way to adjust the prizes? Make Demo 10k more expensiver, a couple of mechs 10k cheaper?
yeah get a bushy earlyer without banking would be nice ...

other thing: add more Rommels and Von Luckner (german names ... dunno the english and to lazy to search now) (Po or Zukov anyone ?! ^^)
this are well mixed weapon platforms.
maybe some regulator (the hover with just the gauss straped on) or some of the kurita wheeled tanks that come up in the time round about operation bulldog? these are nice tanks ... yeah i know its a lot of moding stuff and programming, and i dont have a clue how you guys do what you do and bring up this great mod

but i think this would help to keep the balance ... even if you bring the medium/heavy IS tanks just in 0.5 ...

every 0.X.X have its own monsters ... in 0.1.X there was the LRM boats ... 0.2.X H Gauss on some mechs ^^? (dont play so much in this time sry v.v 0.3.X thanatos ^^ and dunno 0.4.X demo(n)s and everthing with more than 1  AC10/20 mounted ...

i hope we (we all) help this mod if we talk about stuff like this ...

(oh shiii ... i think i'm a little bit drunken @.@)

I was just looking at the Zhukov last night, and thought it would be an awesome Medium tank(oops its a heavy, 75tons) addition to this game!  And yes a little variety, throw some language/naming love towards those guys in Germany and all over really, that are making and playing this game.  Zhukov link: http://www.sarna.net/wiki/Zhukov :D

edit: lol, and sweet!, look at what it says about the Demo, gimme your ACs buddy! :P

For those of you who complain about the Demos being Jesus tanks, try a new tactic.  A Hollander can massacre a Demo, just keep out of AC/20 range.  There are so few Gauss Demos deployed that your odds should be good if you just beat the dang thing up at range.  If you do meet a Gauss demo, call in aeros or LRM support.  There are advantages to a combined arms combat game.

Of course you can kill a Demolisher if you can outrange it, but there's nothing forcing Demos into situations where that is possible. They just trundle between confined areas, hiding behind walls and rough terrain while blasting stuff at optimal range. The only map where Demos are at a real range disadvantage is Death Valley, and even there they can camp inside the bases.

Interesting name, but doesn't seem worth it.

In 3030, Aldis Industries deployed the successful follow up to its venerable Demolisher design, the slightly lighter Zhukov. While it shares many of the parts and features of the design that inspired it, the Zhukov is smaller, better armored, and packs less weaponry than its predecessor.
So basically a Demolisher with smaller guns and more armor. Good variety for naming, but not gameplay. If any and all tanks could be implemented without any effort then sure, but unfortunately they can't.
