5 tix for Assault
4 tix for Heavy
3 tix for Med
2 Tix for light
1 ticket for BA

Questions:

1) What is the ticket bleed RATE for captured bases?

2) Is the bleed rate much higher than our death rate in general (of course this is dependent on how much a team is dying with what assets)?
- ie) Importance of Killing Big Assets vs Capturing Bases

Ideas:
1)  A good indicator of how well your team is doing with Killing Assets is the ratio of Team Scores.

2) There must be a golden
Relative Team Efficiency Value proportional to Team Score Ratio divided by the Tickets Lost

The bleed rate is a server side setting that can be changed.
So it can and probably will be pretty different from server to server.
'any kind of discussion of randomness ALWAYS WILL EQUATE to being able to critically hit a mech's reactor by firing a micro beam laser while facing 80 degrees to the side, shooting the ground, which would cause a random explosion which would randomly crit his entire team's reactors which would randomly cause the server itself to explode which would randomly generate a strange quark which would randomly hit the earth and randomly randomness randomfapp the shit fapp random!'

Yes, they are serverside options. From what I've seen so far, on most servers ticket bleed rate seems more significant than asset loss, but it could just be that teams have been mostly equal in actual combat, and ticket bleed is just the deciding factor.

My problem with ticket loss based on the weight of the destroyed asset is that it equates a Warhammer B with a Novacat C, or an Osiris prime with a Puma prime, which are very obviously of far different strengths. This would greatly unbalance IS vs Clan games. (I say 'would' because I have never seen such a game in 0.4 yet)

Yes, I also agree with your comment on loss based on weight.
It should be based on a "MWLL Battle Value" range =)
