MWLL Basic Requirements

First, let me say Thanks!.....you guys are really tackling a big project that so many folks will be the benefactors. I  love the Battletech world and cannot tell you how exciting this is, I only wish there was a way a less tech savvy guy could help!

I have a site that a lot of old MW4 Vengence and Mercs players still use, and have tried to keep updates on MWLL progress. A few questions have arisen, which I think I know the answer to, however, I would like to here it from the experts! Any help is most appreciated!

1) Will users need to purchase Crysis in order to play the mod. ( I know...I know....but I want no ambiguity..lol)

2) How big will the mod be....ball park guesstimate?

3) Will there be a host service such as MS ZoneMatch?

Definitely, yes.

2) How big will the mod be....ball park guesstimate?

As it seems so far... quite big. Definitely more than 1GB, 1.5GB download.

3) Will there be a host service such as MS ZoneMatch?

As I have no experience with this, I'll have to stand back from answering the question.
There are several plans to provide a platform for matchfinding and matchcreation, but details haven't been cast in stone.
