I think I'll stick with my Phenom II X4 970.

Its got 2mb less L3 Cache, but its faster stock and a fraction of the price of a similarly clocked Intel.

I'm not a AMD loyalist either. I go where the price is good.

AMD as always competed on price point with Intel on the trade off heat and energy efficiency.
