I believe that Crysis and Wars already support a built-in autobalance feature by using the following cvars:

g_autoteambalance
g_teamlock

Is there also a cvar for turning Auto-join on or off?  Just curious. :)

I suck!! But WE are AWESOME.  We started a unit.  What's that?!  YOU WANNA TOUCH MY UNIT?!! :P ^^12thVR Recruitment Page(clickthepic) ;)

IF you go 15 n 0 in a game like that you are a douche.....WHen It gets to a certain point you just march your freakin mech into enemy turf and ALLOW yourself to go down in flames.

?

I'll just point out that going 15/0 requires a LOT of conservative gameplay and frequent trips to the hangar which technically keeps you out of the battle a lot longer than rolling Hellbringer Es on suicidal rampages does.
what i meant is if one team has 70 plus kills and the other 15 then at some point you should say,"This is indeed WAY to easy , let me give these noobs a bone. " and march your damn mech right up to their front door and LET them kill you ..
In an EVEN game, going 15 n 0 requires skill. Not in a slaughter. Its easier than killing level 1 bots in mw4

Would like to see team locking removed and instead include this: http://forum.mechlivinglegends.net/index.php/topic,12264.0.html
If my team was on a roll and crushed the opposition I am A) Sometimes unable to switch sides and B) Reluctant to do so if I feel I have contributed to my team doing well. Would it not be better then to make the scores readily available before joining for those who join later and allow them to number-stack the other team? For TSA that would only provide more canon-fodder further separating the teams, but in TC a numerical advantage is very useful.

I for one would not hesitate to join the a team with one or two members more if I could see that they where loosing big on tickets and/or had no bases captured.

/Merf - Shameless promoting of own suggestion  :-X

Then use non-optimized mechs. Bushwacker Primes, Atlas Primes, Vulture Primes, etc. More fun and a bigger challenge.

If they add in auto-balance they should add in auto-kick for AFKs as well.
