I was in an LBX Hawkmoth firing at another Hawkmoth (MRM) and if I aimed directly at him, the shot would always sail under, and when I aimed over him to compensate, 3/4 of my shots went straight THROUGH him :o

Lag shooting has been part of online games for decades. The code is fine and its easy too do in this game. making it client side could lead to weird exploits by laggers.

He wasn't moving and both of our pings were in the low 70s

I think it has something to do with the "focus" of a shot (like lasers converging for close range shots) that might of messed it up

I haven't VTOLed much this release until they fix controls, but previously the sights were always a little "off" for ballistics, more so especially VTOL vs VTOL.

Selecting invert axis is not working, and I'm too lame to fly with the controls opposite on that one asset.  There are some posts on it.  I don't use VTOL much anyway, so.....

well switching from ASF to VTOL gives me a 10 second "WTF IS THIS?" window after I lift off, but after I re-adjust those controls are far better for aiming VTOLs
