I had something very similar when I was a little bit older than those kids (I made it completely by myself, so it wasn't quite as nice as theirs), except mine was a Vindicator painted black and red with a Kell Hound symbol on it. Kids at school didn't know what to think when I wore it to the costume parade.

It was easier to make a costume that looked like it. Remember, I was a kid. Besides, it had a laser on it's head, I liked that.

Unfortunately, sufficient realism for a Stormcrow or Tiberwolf comtume would require a sledgehammer to both kneecaps.
