I played it a bit. But I am not a big fan of this fast paced kill them all games. But the viuals are awesome. I will definatly load it up again some time, seems to be fun if I get a hang of the maps and weapon handling.

Oh and Snipers on small maps like the ones in the demo? No really necessary...

I imagine the full version will have larger maps with vehicles, and hopefully some other fun gametypes like the power struggle that make you move around the map

I really doubt it since none of the previews so far had any vehicles in them...
And to many people, a more "BF-like" game mode would be a major selling point.

I think if you poke around the controls in the settings of the demo you see controls for vehicles

You can drive a rocket-firing APC in singleplayer.

I took some screens of the ServerFilter ingame, at least the last two gametypes sound like they'd need somewhat bigger maps, and may feature vehicles...
Just guessing tho, but TBH I'd be really disappointed if there where no vehicles in MP!
I kinda like where gameplay is going, even tho it takes the same direction as CoD.
I didn't really like the Crysis(Wars) MP very much anyways...

About the filters...
Anyone else got issues with the demo not saving them, even between matches?
Or unlocks and equipment changes not being saved properly?
And yes, I've been running the demo in admin mode, but it doesn't seem to help...

I for one haven't had trouble with that so far, I haven't even paid attention whether I'm running admin mode or not, but since Win7 doesn't do that automatically (even when logged in as admin -.-") I don't think it's running in admin mode at all...

I think that issue might have something to do with gamespy...
I let my brother play the game on my computer, even tho he logged in with his own gamspy account, he had my stats achievements and so on, he leveled up, and when I switched back to my profile I had my old progress restored...
To me it looks like broken communication between local client and gamespy account, no expert at that subject tho....

EDIT:
Come to think of that:

Might just be a Firewall issue in your case...

That's happening to me too

I'd unlock something, get another unlock point later, go to the unlock screen and my old unlock is equipped but locked (if I switch I won't be able to put it back on) Happens with special dog tags and everything ???

The filters not saving doesn't bother me much, what does bother me is all servers give odd ping readings (25% being 0, the next 25% being 110, the next 25% being 195, etc.) It makes choosing a good connection a guessing game (because most of the 0's are actually just "no readings" and the 110's are a little high) Which makes me have a shit-ass connection 50% of the time (anybody else notice how much I use brackets in my posts? Weird ???)

well, I always choose Europe as location in the filter, which always leads to an acceptable ping...

However, just checked the Crysis2 Hompage, from what the Multiplayer overview says it doesn't sound as if there would be any vehicles available...
