Wolf Clan Sourcebook, p. 88:
BETA GALAXY, 3RD BATTLE CLUSTER
TRINARY ASSAULT, Unit nickname: The Grim Reapers, Unit insignia: The traditional rendering of death, with red eyes and a silver scythe
There is the silver star of the Beta Galaxy on the background, plus the description is a close match (scythe could be in front and the skull seems to have red eyes). Although, a close contender would be from the same cluster: TRINARY BATTLE, Unit nickname: The Demon Executioners, Unit insignia: Hooded executioner with large silver ax. However, the logo in the intro looks more like a scythe than an axe.
Coincidentally, Bravo Stars of both Trinaries have two Timber Wolfs on their roster during the battle of Tukayyid, though between Tukayyid and Refusal War 'Mechs and personnel obviously got shifted around due to the losses.
The VO in the intro does use the non-canon sounding terms "Bravo Cadet" and "Alpha Assault" though, I'm not sure whether these refer to actual Stars within the Cluster or are callsigns just for that mission. Considering that a lowly cadet is piloting a Timby it's possible that this would have been his Trial of Position that turned more real than necessary. The number 7 on Alpha Assault's Timby could mean that he's actually Point 3 of Alpha Star (if we assume that the numbers are in descending order of seniority, ie. Point 1's are #1-3, Point 2's #4-6 and so on) which would actually make sense considering the voiceover. The cadet would then be have been competing for a spot in Bravo Star, hence the callsign.
The Summoner does look like it has the green-brown "Falcon" camo (apparently used when not in "proper" galaxy/cluster colours) from the Jade Falcon Sourcebook's colour pages. Camo Specs says that the Jade Falcon (Gamma) Galaxy uses "appropriate camo" on their 'Mechs (eg. Dire Wolf and Hellfire in the old edition of CBT Miniatures Rules, p. 26).
This is the same as what I was told, by BT-supernerds, back in the day.
On topic (increasing awesomeness list):
MW2 intro...iconic, first motion rendering of 'mech I think I ever saw, so never going to forget it (plus the human remains being trampled, the movie "Terminator" stole that imagery in the same way that the internet stole the term "clans" for online units, from this game, so an important pop-culture reference point).
MW2: Mercs
ending....Dinju pass, day 20, Big Tuk...the last Jaguars fight to the death rather than face dishonour from their certain defeat (why don't clan pilots die like this in BTU MP games?..oh yeah, they're just pretend clanners, here is the example they should aspire too!..

)... Say no more. F-EPIC

MW3: CERPPC to Fireflys Rear CT "ooooh man!" with Luthien, the Black Pearl as a backdrop......awesomesauce right there and a new generation of resolution graphics!
MW2: Mercs......now we are talking, and it's got not just a Zeus, an Atlas and a
tin-can Commando but also a Stalker (the fabled dildo-of-death)! "There's still room in hell for your sorry carcass".......I love that girl

MC1: probably my most watched BTU intro vid so has to come out on top (also probably my most played and favourite BTU game of all time MP as well as SP, O just kept coming back to it over the years).
So MC1, followed by MW2:Mercs followed by MW3 with the MW2:Mercs ending getting a special reward from me (the music still gives me the shivers and gets the heart pumping, the Atlas at the end looks like it appreciated the horror of 31st C warfare

plus that Mad Dog is being piloted like a Mad Dog should, in a few seconds of video rendering it explain the whole concept of that machine as the super-skirmisher/curve-ball/wildcard).
