I never see Extremity any more.

I preferred the earlier 'barren asteroid' version, which didn't have the big and credulity-stretching indestructibe radar dishes cluttering up the middle.

I'd like to see the earlier version back.

Yes, I would like to see a little less building in Extremity. Maybe a large-ish mining HQ building, but without the big HPG dishes everywhere.

Thing is, if we remove the dishes and don't get Solaris Arena mode any time soon, we won't have a fun low gravity arena for duels any more. :(

I'd love to see Extremity changed into a BA only TC map about 1/3 the size it currently is with 1 HPG dish, some outlying buildings, and an underground area, with control points above and below ground.

Sif, wish i could play on it without 300+ ping :( really like the look of urban jungle but never played it cos no servers in aus are true 3rd party, theyre owned by ISPs... Hmm might have to consider renting a server when i get my job cranking in a few months time, used to run CSS\TF2\Hidden:source servers wouldnt mind giving crysis servers a crack.

I will put up with Extremity although I feel it was tossed in to balance the other maps that rock!

Sure it felt different but so did my wife after the kids were born. A little loose but it still gets me off every time. -- Suspect

I love extremity, aside from the eye shattering blindness I get during the sun part of the rotation. . . I can see easier during a real sunny day in winter.  But I wish the BA had the movement on all maps they get on that one, or a toggle to allow it.

The thing I am having SERIOUS issues with... I ALWAYS either miss UJ, or have to leave halfway through clearcut... LOL freaking sucks.

I just played Urban Jungle today. My only complaints were that I didn't know where the capture points were on the map, and I couldn't for the life of me see where my team mates were on the map. Did anyone else have this problem?

Worst is going the REAL long way in one part that goes around a mountain... it was me and some other guy I thought knew the map a few months ago in a earlier version both in Timber Wolf mechs.  Took FOREVER! I kept expecting to find some tunnel... but no, it goes all the way around.  Nice ocean view though, lol.

Just wanted  to update a few of you that play on Huntress the reason we believe the glitches are happening.

Most of the maps that people play are from 50mg to 100mg. Well it just so happens that UJ is 450mg. So whats happening is the round restart is occurring before your system has time to fully load the map. So we're going to increase the time it takes to restart to allow time for hopefully everyone to load it. We may, now this is a may, have to add some pre-round freeze time, but I'm hoping not. Anyways, just wanted to give everyone a heads up.

P.S.. The simple solution to fix the glitch until we restart for the changes to take affect is to reload into the server...

I'd like to have some community-fluff written about that map. What planet is that, what's going on in that city? To whom belong those cool buildings? What's in those capture points and why do two parties fight for them? Are there rich people living at the seaside? What's that tiny island filled with skycrapers? Yeah I know you could invent a story for each and every map. But the fact that this is a giant city that looks like an economic centre gives it an interesting "political" spin; an ideal stage for the climax of a community campaign.

Also, someone got the idea today to make harasser-races on the highways on UJ. That's a great idea, imo.

I would say that it would be one of the major houses, Kurita would need more Asian influences viewable thus also tons of neon, The Fed Rats would be high on the list along with the Lyrans they have had a keeping up with the Joneses attitude between them, It would also make sense for it to be Solaris all that would need to be added would be the arenas. ;)
