AS5 is more capacitive than conductive, better yet is Arctic Ceramique or other high quality non-capacitive thermal pastes.  Many of them perform within a degree of Arctic Silver 5 without the risk.  Also AS5 gets pretty hard and crappy after months and needs to be cleaned and reapplied at least annually.  Pastes like Ceramique do not behave the same.

Normally the room is below 20C. the case is an xclio a380. (I will be changing this when funds permit) since I cleaned it its been fine never going above 75-80C since. Wired
