Account Trouble

Hey so I just downloaded mwll the other day using crysis wars as the original program. Everything was working fine up until the point where I had to login to multiplayer on mwll. I created a gamespy account and verified the email and what not, but it said that the username/password was invalid. I tried creating two more accounts because I really want to play but for each account it said that the username/password was incorrect. I was just wondering if anyone has encountered this problem/knows what to do.

You're in luck because this is a very common problem. You don't need a gamespy account or any gamespy software to play Crysis/MWLL. The account used for Crysis is completely separate from a normal gamespy account. Here's how you can make your own account for MWLL:

1) start Crysis WARS (not MWLL)
2) make a new account in game
3) login with your new account and have it save your credentials
4) launch MWLL, it'll work

Yep.  Matter of fact if you create an account on the gamespy website and try to use it in Crysis it won't work.

I was going to post this, but for some reason read that you'd done this already.

Silly me, yeah these steps will more than likely resolve your issue.

Also, don't forget to try and connect to Wars multiplayer WITHOUT MWLL loaded at least 1 time to input your multiplayer key.
