Joystick sensitivity for aircraft
« on: June 02, 2011, 09:05:18 PM »
Is it possible to independently adjust the joystick sensitivity for ASFs, possibly with a console command or something? If I have it set to a reasonable level for mechs, then it becomes hyper-responsive in aircraft, to the point where a very light touch on the joystick produces a significant deflection. I thought I remembered seeing something about this somewhere, but after searching around for a while all I found was a command that adjusts mouse  sensitivity.  :-\

Is there any way around this, or am I stuck for now? Alternatively, is there a console command that adjusts global joystick sensitivity? It would be kinda irritating, but changing the sensitivity mid-game depending on the vehicle I'm using would still be better than nothing.

Make another actionmap for ASF and whenever you want to use asf exclusively in a game, select that. I know there are some who have managed to adjust what you are having issues with, but damned if know how they do it or if it can be done on the fly to switch
