And how! I used one for a while missioning...you can pretty much trigger all the spawns, set the Ogre II's on them, and go do something else, lol. Also, those are capable of solo-tanking level 5's with the right fit. Takes a long time to finish one solo, but it's doable if you have nothing better to do.
I still haven't found a faster way to make ISK in EVE than running L4's. With 1 character in a Tengu or Abaddon (depending on enemy type) and the other waiting in a Noctis, 80 mil/hour is my average. Gets boring quickly, but is even more lucrative than most mining/gas harvesting, even in W-space.
