When you accept the EULA you forfeit the right to class action EA.
That remains to be seen. Don't believe everything you read.
It's actually written in the EULA...
I'm guessing you haven't actually read it yourself?
Yes I have read the EULA and what I am saying is when there is a lot of money to be made it is well known in this country that you get the best justice money can buy. Wake up and get real!
EULAs are a contract and since you signed it there's not much a lawyer can do, regardless of the money involved. You agreed to let them do that and signed a contract that stated as much. It's like refusing council and then signing a confession, you're not going to be able to lawyer your way out of stupidity that dense.
I'm not saying you can't sue and I'm not saying you can't get an expensive lawyer to try but just because you can sue with an expensive lawyer doesn't mean you can win. This is one of those times where you aren't going to win. The problem is, when you breach the EULA by suing in that fashion EA has the right to ban your Origin account for non-compliance and since the case will be seen as frivolous you'll likely be held responsible for their court costs. You'll be paying EA's legal department for the rest of your life

Anyway, regardless of the Origin spyware, I don't want to alt-tab out every time I decide to switch servers. The consoles have an in-game server browser, it just doesn't make sense for PCs not to have one.
