geforce GTX 280's.  They were decent 3 years ago. Not top of the line, but the two together did pretty well for themselves.

The 24" monitors was sort of a funny story.  I was going to purchase 1 24" dell monitor for myself, but they had a buy one, get one free sale.  I also had a client that needed one as well, so I bought 2, and got 2 free. Gave one to my client and had 3 left over.  I was going to just do a dual monitor setup, but since I had 3... I said... wtf... might as well try it with 3.  And I have run 3 ever since.  Not sure what I would do without them! 

Its funny, you don't think you'd use that many monitors (I know it seems silly) but you do use them.

Anywho... now I'm really sounding completely geeky so I think I'll go read a manual or something now...

I can't live without two monitors but I could easily live without three. It is useful though.
