I believe that a new MechWarrior game is coming when I hold the game disc in my hands. Remembering the delays with MW2 back in the 90's - which were after the project was officially announced and had a publisher and even a set release date that kept on changing - I wouldn't exactly hold my breath. Though the 3015 scenario would be refreshing and would once again prove that the Dark Age was an unnecessary development, since there was already an easily accesible "entry point", an age when BattleTechnology was priceless and rare, and that was the Third Succession War era that has been the basis of every BattleTech boxset.

The clan fanbois (you know the ones that call the Madcat MK II a Timberwolf MK II, if you're a true clanner or at least have some knowledge you'd see the irony there) will totally dislike it.
The irony being that in MW4 manual - where it was first introduced - Madcat Mk II is clearly to stated to be the marketing name for IS customers, and that the Clan name for the 'Mech is Black Wolf. However, TRO3067 and all subsequent sources drop this vital piece of information. The irony is even greater that MW4 manual and TRO3067 fluff for the 'Mech are almost identical, with just the naming issue omitted from the latter. Of course, with the Diamond Sharks being the creator and the entirety of production (save for isorla) going to Successor States and Warden and/or Abjured Clans in the IS, one could speculate that in-universe the IS name would have stuck. But then again, not mentioning this is silly as even more insignificant details are mentioned in the fluff.

Of course, then there is the Mad Cat Mk III, for which no Clan name is given at all, but that is a Dark Age creation after all so it should be expected. But the Mad Cat Mk IV (another DA creation) is then told to have the Clan name Savage Wolf... exactly why would the name-reverted Sea Fox go back to using Clan names if they had been using IS names only for decades? ::)

Wasn't Valve going to fix that on their market?
Fix what?
The $50/€50/£50 pricing scheme most online retailers use.

Well, no, they won't "fix" that. They did the opposite in fact ;). They introduced regional pricing several years back.
