In regards to the death count... many games I have the highest death count on both teams and am in second, third and occasionally first place. I prefer to run head long in to take out a target, if he procedes to enemy lines I will often follow him in to take him out, and then depending where I am, how damaged, etc I may either try to get back to repair or more often than not just keep going through dealing as much damage as I can, often in my SCAT B.

I see little fun in trying to stay alive. My fun is in lights and mediums, so needing to save up a lot of money is useless to me, I am here to blow stuff up and oh baby do i have fun doing it.  I enjoy rushing in to the enemy front line keep going and half the players will turn to chase you.  Disrupting their line and, when i have a intelligent team mates near it gives them a nice advantage to move up their line.

Necro is often in something stupid silly, but hey I enjoy being stupid silly half the time myself.  Hell I often will rush a couple enemies as a BA if I feel i can have enough fun. I always enjoy my games with Necro in it, he plays a lot more aggressively then a lot of players.

To add on one more point. Maybe he plays in toast and go, and as BA because he is bored of the same old, same old... or maybe it is to give himself more of a challenge because if he rolled out the MKIIs like a lot of 'players'  He would steam roll.

Obviously your memory is not as good as you claim.  Go take another look at that scoreboard, there are plenty of veteran players on the Inner Sphere team. BenBen10, Mutainenkettu, Knightcrawler, and Neros are all competent players.  The teams were even when the match began, and the game was by no means a stomp, a 130 ticket gap can easily be closed with the right tactics.

They also came in much later, and were mostly responsible for capturing back bases and preventing a 15min game from happening.  That 130 ticket gap was the end result, yet when I first got in there, none of those players were there yet, and your team nearly still had its starting points, while the IS was down to somewhere near 50%.

I'm not denying you may have gotten the better of me, but why cannot you seem to accept it whenever Necrosexual does the same to you?

Quite simple really.  It's because Necro has never really gotten the better of me.  I've killed his Shiva E enough times with a Lt. Gauss Hawkmoth in addition to taking him out in far lighter assets to base my opinion that Necro can't get kills unless he's trolling or going after the weaker players.

but I've only been keeping screenshots since around the time 0.5.2 came out.

That's probably why.  He had also played on our server quite often until we banned him for griefing back in March.

As I've said, perhaps Necrosexual simply has a different idea of what is fun from you and I.  Everyone does things ingame that may be viewed as inherently stupid, suicidal, or as an asshole maneuver such as taking a flame harasser, making a suicide attack, or ramming Sparrowhawks into vehicles, but it is a game and the point of playing games is to have fun.  Going back to my previous question about how much the two of you have actually played together, I'm wondering if you've simply never fought against Necrosexual whenever he's not trolling or spawncamping or whatever and playing seriously, although I'll concede that it isn't very often that he does serious the fapp up.

That statement right there doesn't even need my reply.  You've thoughtfully laid out exactly why I don't consider Necro a good player and more of a harm to the community.  Teamkilling is not just, "oh that's somebody's different version of fun."  Neither is ramming sparrowhawks, which unless it's a few players doing it together on their own server for the lulz, I'm pretty sure it's been banned from most servers, as it exploits a known flaw in the game and doesn't do much besides piss players off.

I'm sure nearly everybody can agree that teamkilling, spawn killing (shooting a BA player as they spawn, which Necro's done many times in the past), and sparrowhawk ramming are not under the category of "questionable ethics" such as legging or teamstacking, as in, some people may find legging appropriate, but I'm sure nobody finds teamkilling or actual spawn killing appropriate.

See previous statement about anecdotal evidence.  I really have nothing to say for myself in this instance, as I can't remember a damn thing about when/where it happened, but everyone makes poor decisions at times.

It was around the corner of D7, probably with 3-4min of game time left.  You left via the high bridge leading into D4, in which I assume you went back to E2 to purchase another MK II as evidenced in your final screenshot.

If you feel my numbers are still not proof enough, why not try talking to him in game and inviting him to some organized gameplay where there would be no newbies for him to kill, or challenge him to a 1v1 yourself?

Feel free to set one up for us, considering he doesn't participate on the forums nor teamspeak.

Twinkletoes, Xesle, Areseye, Steelbarrage, NotSoCoolJ, Zathrus, Alfalphacat uhh, there's so many more that come to mind, but their names are not so easily remembered lol.

But yea, there are a lot of great players in MWLL. I don't know who would be considered best though... Please define the criteria that would express, with no reservation, the greater player of MWLL, and then I'll see what I come up with lol

Organise another tournament to find out.
And not only 1 vs 1, but also team matches. Because working in a team should be part of beeing "The Best"...

*carefully reads the thread looking for the name Purplefluffybunny*

God damn it I want some recognition!  :P

On a more serious note, I think it would be great if we could have a dev backed tournament! Perhaps unique forum avatars/badges etc. could be given to the winners!
In-game names; Quintilian, Purplefluffybunny, =CJW=CutePurpleBunny
