Wait... I watched a vid of our MWBU KoS vs ELH match yesterday on Thunder rift....

ELH had all vultures and thors.. KoS had a couple assaults, a heavy, and a couple scouts.... isnt that what deathshade just described?   ???

As for duels, a ban system might work, challenger gets first variant ban, then challenged gets to ban one.

How about a tonnage based mode instead of cbills?

I realise you'd probably get a shitload of Scats still due to the fact they're 45tons or so and hit like heavies.

 Tonage won't be balanced. Since clan heavies can reap any assault.

Thunderrift is a close-combat map. What are you expecting there? By the way, for 65k there will be Bushwackers D and Bushwaker A or some SCat. You can't solve the diversity problem just by money. We will then get just another number of most effective configs.

The difference would mean that not only would you have mediums and lights but potentially a heavy or assault mixed in there for 8v8's even possible with three lights and heavy for a single lance. So with the new amounts you are more likely to have all weight classes whereas now all you see is Heavy and Assaults with maybe a scout mixed in. That pretty much eliminates the use of lights and mediums beyond that.

All this words only is theory. Just try to make effective dropdem with cbills which you want. Try it! How many DD will you receive? 2-3? Yeah, very interesting!

And you want play as you want and you change rules as it would convinient for you. If you want other units would play too in your league, you should consider what other units interesting.

So, if you want to play more lights and medium, make 1 map for 65k CBills per player. And save 85k on 2nd map for people  who like to play mediums and heavies. And add on 3-d map 105 k for people who like to play heavies and assaults. So you could consider all units interesting.

What's a problem??

You see these are the same arguments we had within the MWBU staff. :D We appreciate everyone's input and hope we have made a case for both sides. The 85k came originally from FCL and that had started with 80k remember? Maybe a compromise is needed between 65k and 85k? 75k?

Just create 3 C-Bills classes(65k, 85k, 105k). And all will happy! ;)

I think all should just play Re-spawn Team Destruction and Terrain Control. That way you don't have to worry about it and just re-spawn with what you win.  8)

Naw. Your blind to the fun of re-spawn. No respawn is such a let down. Its like I still want to blow chit up after I die. One mistake should not keep me from coming back and shooting you again. That is just lame.  :P
