Well obviously if your Graphic card isn't upto the task of AA, then it won't help. Just never ever use the AA in crysis.

There needs to be some serious CPU optimization for MWLL, but sadly crysis was pretty bad, so I doubt there is too much the devs can do. Just goto wait and hope.

If your really desperate for even 1fps more, then close down everything in the background and make your PC as steamline as possible.

There also might be certain CPU heavy settings in Crysis that you can tweak or disable which might improve performance too.

Well, increasing AA did decrease my FPS by a tiny bit, but it also made it far more stable

No AA = 30-50 FPS

16xQ = 38FPS

Of course, this is on an empty server standing still so my FPS in ever even near those levels in a real match, but I guess the result would be the same, just scaled down
