I would say Deathshade and CoffiNail has the right of it.
SavannahPRO had a similar problem at one time (http://forum.mechlivinglegends.net/index.php/topic,15131.msg251709.html#msg251709).

Correct path: \\TSA_MapName_VXX.zip\Multiplayer\TSA\TSA_MapName_VXX\
If this is not the case the autodownloader will not work when pointed at the archive. It probably works with the Levels directory as its "home directory". So whatever you have in your archive will be dumped in that folder.

!!!!!!!!UPDATE!!!!!!!!

As luck would have it, I just happened to be bored with nothing to do and thinking about this map at the same time, so I dusted it off and fixed it up a bit.
The main issue being that the map was a bit hard on people's systems, I went and looked for solutions. The fixes are below
- made it so that not every blade of grass ever in the entire map cast a shadow (increased FPS by 15-50%)
- lowered draw distance for all trees some more (increased FPS by 5-25%)
- Took a bunch of kickass screenshots (didn't do shit, but hopefully it'll be a good enough advertisement for server owners to test the map out with actual pub players)

The updated version should still be the same link as before (DL dropbox doesn't seem to change it, just update it)

The file you gave me is not worling properly (it gets skipped in the rotation).

I found the error i typed Jungleimpact and not JungleImpact.
