As a long time battletech and mechwarrior fan I have to say I am hyped to play this game.  I got it downloaded just in time to leave for work today but will be on the instant i get home tonight.

The game play ive seen looks amazing and the throwback armor diagram made me lol.  I don't know how many hours I spent making photocopies of those sheets and coloring in the circles so I could play a game back then.

Look forward to being a piece of cannon fodder tonight while I learn how to play.  See you guys on the field of battle

Yeah that's how I found the game actually,  was searching for an update to mw5 and stumbled onto his tutorials.

I might need to update my system for this a bit but not a biggy on that but im looking forward to playing.

And make sure the atmosphere supports life before you eject, else just stay and die like the surat you are...

Then again... why bother ejecting at all? You're gonna die either way.

The biggest worry when it comes to MWLL performance is processor. From what I understand, if you have a mid-range card from anywhere from 4 years ago to now, you shouldn't worry about it.

had dells version of an alien ware with upgraded everything but its a few years old now so i was going to upgrade it or build a new comp soon anyway

Search for "CCC", it is a tool, which can improve your fps while still allowing great visuals.

It may improve your FPS. I actually get worse FPS on any level of CCC (even the lowest) than most of the in-game settings on High/Very High.

well got home last night and got set to totally get butt raped my first time out.  fired up crysis wars to do the profile setup and the game crashed out to blue screen.  hmm  rebooted comp and validated the down load and tried again.  got blue screen of death again.  uninstalled and re downloaded game and got the same result.

so either the download from steam is broken or my computer just hates me.

any suggestions as to what to try to get this corrected?
