Partisans seem to have a bit less armor in general now.

Demos and morrigus seem to have more.

Can't confirm and far too lazy to do it also.

Partisan, 75% less armor but 8k extra hull. More armor overall.

Demo + Morrigu + Huit have an extra 8k armor in the hull.

Having just had an amazing run of luck and kills on Kagoshima in a Demolisher C (went from 2K/2D in a Raven E to 17k/2D in a Demo C, including a hair-raising standoff at the E6 base where I had to fight off a Thanatos, an Uziel and a dedicated BA all by myself) I have to say that the new RAC5 mechanics are terrifying. Units like the Warthog that only have moderate armour/ammo capacity are pretty nasty with them, but the Demo C is a beast - with 10 spare tons you basically never run out of ammo, and it has enough armour to absorb a huge amount of punishment. Scary scary tank.

I was in spectator mode Friday night watching a battle and noticed that the legs on the Summoner continually disappeared and reappeared during movement. It was rather strange seeing the mech's upper half just floating in air during the engagement also the legs were a dark grey as compaired with the upper half with very little detail on them.

I'm definitely liking the variant changes to the Hephaestus. Yesterday I bought a Heph A at the beginning of a match and made 9 kills and SCL rank with it. An isolated example, but... I've barely ever broken even with that variant before, and now it suddenly seems very viable. Point-blank LRM15s work surprisingly well on unsuspecting light mechs...
