Also, I thought someone here said that the hull received damage based on a modifier of 0.9 for the front armor and turret. To me, that implied that each section could have its own unique modifier, and I assumed attacking the hull via the rear armor was more effective than attacking the hull via the turret.
Is that assumption wrong?
Turret has a bad modifier.
Rear has a good one.
Sides a decent one.
Front a normal one.
Something like that I believe.
Not having exact numbers on hand.
So someone having gained x-amount of hull armour is in fact _more_ then x if you shoot at turret but considerably _less_ if you shoot through the rear. This means that if an asset has its armour reduced and moved to the hull it is in effect a armour nerf in most cases (except I believe the turret, maybe also damage from front).
