TC_Bedrock is an experimental AreaControl map. There are three captureable grids 1 by 1 km each.

The map has lots of winding roads, so make sure that you make proper use of your minimap. After I did a lot of smoothing to the roads you could also use the map as a racetrack ;).

It should run smooth in CCC3-Setting and higher.

There are two hidden buyzones for rearming purposes.

Bedrock was usually intended as a testmap for aerofights, but I worked a lot on the terrain and it is now much less noisy and usable by ground assets.

Have a good fight!

PS: Thx to Alpha²cat for the idea of AreaControl.

Beautiful :). And interesting concept, with the big capture zones.

Though why did you 'hide' these buy zones?

Are there any repair facilities as well?

The whole map is not too big only 4 by 4 km. Ok because of the seperated parts you may have to walk a bit^^

But you can rearm half the way. (hidden spot - carefully search the minimap, white dots north and south)

A single puber may be lost, but hey MWLL is meant to be teamplayed.

There are spawnbunkers in each area, but NO repair bays so be carefull.

If all that is not enough, simply grab a Aero and you are good :P

Yeah, I removed my statement, because I had a brain fart and thought it was a TSA map. But since it's a TC map and has capture zones on the sides, these areas will definitely be traversed. My only worry is then, that the traversal may be a bit excrutiating :D. But we'll see.

Since I added a lot of roads and smoothed them, you can use hover's easilly. Its like a racetrack =)

Workmate just looked over my shoulder and said "oooh pretty"

He thought the images were photos at 1st glance

It looks this way in CCC4+ setting.

But anything above CCC1 will look ok.

interesting concept, you can only keep an area if you kill all the enemy units in the area.  I foresee a lot of dug in BA's,  BHP will be a must.

 8)  I wanted to know if I could make a "realistic" map. So I tried my hand at a "green temperate" one....

May be I will reuse the look-
I already have an idea for another different use of the TC mode...

But for now that is secret. ;D ;D ;D

Does any server have this map in its rotation yet?

Looks extremely interesting. Nice idea to take the devs job into your hands by getting creative with the existing gamemodes. I am very much looking forward to play this.

If I ever became a MWLL-developer, I would include some hidden client-side command in the game that makes the current server crash. Then I would travel over all the stupid servers that ignore the amount of more than 60 currently available maps and continue to use the same four or five maps day in and day out. (Take that as a suggestion, you dear and beloved developers.)

Stupid sheep.

Super PS: Duffanichta, how about helping out CoffiNail with his MiniMech-thing? You obviously know how to create a map.

Minimechwarrior is super difficult, due to collision issues, if you resize existing models in extreme scales....
