hah good point, though I would say since the bank isn't as generous as before getting an APC would be a great way to rack up the extra cash.

My question would be has there been an increase in APC usage then?  This could be a meta game tweak to get more people to use the APCs to help anchor lines

We're already working on some new additions to the APC to make it a more lovable and viable asset to be used, which will be included in a soon-to-be-released update.

If you improve the current APC to be more loved/useful can we have a fast response BA carrier that is fairly basic....like the current APC, fewer weapon choices etc

I think that a fast APC should only be allowed to carry 3 BA at a time though.   :)

Svantovit is already in the process of being made and has been for some time.
Still needs work before it can be implemented, but it is on the list of things that will be added.

It's head could flip up to reveal a bay for 5 BA with leather seats and plenty of legroom.

Eh, limiting the number it can carry would suck....I was thinking that if the current APC provides ammo for vehicles and BA etc and soon to be other goodies

Then the Svantovit would be JUST a fast BA response vehicle, so just BA weapons and maybe the lightest BA armor when the other suits get implemented....so no ammo for vehicles etc....

And with SRM's and some small lasers it could help support an BA that spawn out of it...

Anyway, awesome that it's goIng in!

IMHO, Three BA is a hefty squad.  And the normal APC has a limit too, I think it is 6, but since no one ever uses it to actual transport multiple BA.  Whatever, I just wouldn't want to get caught by this thing and 6 BA pop out, do you really think that would be balanced, a 162kph vehicle that can do that?

Yeah, tried that too.
With 0.5.2 it can happen that you run out of SSRMs before you run out of armor ;)
And I tested this on Palisades, rushing the enemy team all alone. Good thing is you can get very close before they notice you. In fact they only noticed me because I spammed all my SSRMs over them.
ArrowPults, Longtoms... all cannon fodder and utterly helpless.
But the third time they hade some defenses... damn Cats.
