After having installed the broken 0.5.3 version, I completely deleted the MWLL mod folder and reinstalled the whole mod from scratch. When I try to join a server, it tells me now that I have modified files (and when clicking "Done" the game crashes). But how can that be? It's a completely clean installation. I thought these issues were fixed? :(

I had the modified files message too. (after updating)
Repair fixed it.

It was on 64-bit, however after restarting the game it worked anyway, without altering anything.

The same thing happened with me but in the 0.5.2 update, like Spooky told. It only happened the first time I tried to play with the new update. It was in XP 32-bit.

Edit: Same problem with the 0.5.3 update in my first launch of the game. It told me that message when the game was loading a map. After that run, all ok.

It would have been great to get the Game.log of that Protection trigger to see why it triggered at all. Especially since you haven't changed anything.
