How's the single-player?
I think terrible sums it up pretty well.

It's pretty much a call of duty corridor splosion shooter campaign with better graphics, less absurd set pieces and more quick time events
also you fight a rat in an epic one on one showdown

overall pretty meh, but not exactly terrible. I wish they tried harder with it though

My rating is based on the overly large amount of hype that developed into a pretty massive letdown.

Playing allot of hardcore matches and let me just say, they need to nerf mortars. Its like a instant WIN button, on some maps guys sit at their spawn and just boom, boom, boom.. yes and about that quick of fire as well.... Pint Point accurate to. Other than that, enjoying the game, until MW:O comes out lol.

Its not any weaker in normal lol. But its so easy to kill them, either get a sniper rifle and pick them off, bum rush to their spawn and get as close as possible ( or suicide to them) or just use motar yourself and make them rage.

Tanks work too but alot harder to reach their spawn lol.

Motar does indeed need a slower rof, but I doubt that will ever happen.

That thing's better than my shotgun sniper! (SVD with ironsights, laser and foregrip. Rush people and headshot them or 2 quick shots to the chest for easy win)

Been using the F2000 because its sexy... it kinda feels a bit like a peashooter in this game sometimes though. Regardless, I still do well with it, and in hardcore it is a scary, scary weapon.

Also thought I ordered a new mouse from newegg last friday but didn't complete the transaction and when I thought I should get it in yesterday I found out... now I hope I just get it in by this friday... rage...

The F2000 in this game isn't great for long range compared to other assault rifles (the M416 is better if mid to long range is expected) but if you expect close to mid range, the F2000 is beast mode.

Tried the PKP... I wanted it know if it was the PKM.. it is. :D

It still destroys worlds and I was mowing bitches down in a minute... feels almost exactly like it did in BF2 but with better hit detection trading off for a bit more recoil... felt great in normal and hardcore.

I know what gun I'm using for the next week or so.  ;D

I have unlocked all support guns and have my 2nd support service star, so far my faves are the Type 88 and the 240B running an INRV/Grip/and extended clip (Tip for the INRV on the support... hold shift when you shoot :)  )

Favorite assault so far is the G3A3 and the KH2002. Both are great guns and super accurate.

The PKP is what I'm using now. Statistically, the next gun in the tree to unlock, the M240B, edges the PKP slightly, and is supposed to be the best gun for support, if not the best gun in the game for close to medium range fights. It has the fastest damage vs ROF time to kill which is important for CQB, as well as ties with a number of other weapons for the fewest bullets to kill (for a full auto weapon), important for longer range engagements.

Supposedly this would be balanced by the fact that movement should hurt accuracy while using a support gun, but I chew opponents to pieces at close range with the PKP let alone the M240B.

Here's a stat page BTW if you don't already have it:

That's what they said about the 2000 point BF2142 bug.  Curious how they missed about 75% of the people who used it...
