THis is the second game in a row I saw this shit... ONe team.. 35 kills, the other 3... It was evident from the get go, yet ,oh yeah , lets just keep playing. Mind you, these same jokers had just run the same crap the map before.

agreed, the only excuse i accept for team stacking is if you are trolling in a relatively creative way that does not involve good scores. One of the few principles that I think We 12thVR stand for is being on the losing team...... wait, that doesnt sound right, I mean joining the losing team to help them. Yeah, that.

I haven't be able to play as much as I'd like because of school....I consider myself decent in a mech and usually support the losing team when joining a match....

Admittedly though, I normally won't swap teams if the teamssuddenly become unbalanced.   However, I will tone down the serious and goof off in a less than optimal asset.

Although, if presented with a level playing field, I will join the IS 95% of the time.  Last time I checked, the majority of the vets who don't prefer random* preferred clan...so I'm usually on the underdog team.  (I'm gonna guess right now, was the teamstacking on the clan team?)



*is random actually random these days?  Its been forever since I've clicked that button instead of choosing the smaller team mid-round or IS at start....

It always warms my heart to hear someone complain about me on the forums, especially when I spent most of the game in question running around in a wrecked 1 armed shadowcat trying to keep the Sulla pilot on the opposite team from ramming our tanks over and over. 

I'd rather have 27 other players who will challenge me and put up a fight than have 100 other players who suck.

There is no (and never was) ASF ramming damage (vs ground assets) at all in the game. For a good reason: Too many douchebags around.

Not to make this a Vegan rage thread, but I actually thought of making a similar query myself.

Meka, don't fret the Gankwarriors!  I have seen this crap alot recently.  These are players that only use a handful of variants that are basically guaranteed to get them into the best assets quick.  Now they can't beg for obscene amounts of cbills to pad their lack of balls, so they just look for other vets and not so vets to hide behind.  And please do as Twinkle suggested, hop on Teamspeak, even if you can't have an active mic.

Xesle, your ego is hilarious, simply because I know how you operate.  Let the noobs on your team take all the fire and step in and mop up from a distance.  When you actually take any damage yourself you just high tail it back to base, whether your team needs you supporting them or not.

It really just boils down to play styles and some people not giving two shits about teamwork, just their irrelevant personal score.

And another thing, Xessie, you will never be challenged by anyone if you never challenge your self.  Put the NovaCat down, and grow a pair.

Indeed.  Just because it doesn't cause any damage doesn't mean it isn't griefing.  In most cases, the ramming is simply a diversion so the pilot can bail out just before impact then move in on the tank and kill it with a BA/AC2 and C8.

I'm curious as to how you feel you know me so well, considering that out of the 40+ scoreboard screenshots I've taken over the past few months, your name appears only 3 times.  That's an amazing amount of insight you have for such a few number of actual games played with me.  Are you sure you're not just talking out of your ass?

He's not talking about units stacking teams, more known veteran pubbers stacking with other known vets.  Most don't frequent the forums, and this is why I didn't bother bringing it up myself.  That and I though it might have been an isolated incident.  I personally have fun with whatever bull is thrown.

The new Clan Noobtube mark IV isn't helping things.

Of the games I've played in the last few weeks there has been a marked increase in crops of noobs spamming Arrow MKII's because of the (approaching absurd) damage boost to the clan arrows. Just the other night I came into a game of sandblasted and had to charge the enemies base with my owens to get any sort of fight... as I gnawed on one MKII's arrow arms I saw another scramble away and two more on the hill behind him... pathetic. 

This is after I got basically instagibbed by a couple clan arrows in a slightly damaged bushwacker.

How much more powerful are Clan A4 now?  It seems kind of backwards to me for the Clans to have far more powerful artillery given their 1v1 honor based style of combat. 

Personally, just so long as Clan arrows don't do the kind of damage all arrows used to do in 0.3 I won't be bothered.
