New idea- would I be able to use an external hard drive to add RAM and/or improve gigahertz?

If you haven't played this game yet, you should.  It'll bring back lots of MW2 memories.

It pretty much is MW2 with better graphics.

I had this when it was still really unstable and would have real DL problems with their downloader and the game would either lock up or crash all the time. Their mech lab was like the old version having to balance internals and weapons loadouts all the time making sure you did not exceed maximum weight and it could be real confusing. However that was a couple of years ago, where they are currently I do not have a clue because I removed it from my PC because of the instability and the downloader being crap along with my PC at the time being a Dell from hell. :P

Is that a Mechwarrior simulator? Wow, it's been so long since I played such a game!

Its going to be great fun imma tell you that. Its REALLY stable on my current machine - lags a lot on the city map when all the buildings start collapsing but thats my own fault on the settings.

The game's been pretty stable for the last couple years.  Their downloader, not so much.

MTX is a bit fail, but its worth the pain to play assault tech imho. Its one of the best mech simulators ive played in a while.

MTX is very much fail...

I guess I'll load it up again....

But is it still just instant action style single player?

Yeah. I'd wait 'till MP was available.
When will full game/demo/beta be released?
We're planning a beta release in the next *very* few weeks. At this time, we can't be more specific. Please stop asking.

No, I will not stop asking.

Darn them releasing in torrent only. I'll have to wait until next weekend to attempt an install. (Darn my school network blocking torrents that aren't illegal music downloads...)
