I am as well, I noticed the skittle adder was  better when I took it out a couple of nights ago

Also, Kitfox Varient seemed better as well

While continuous-fire would make heavy lasers easier to use, the current scheme requires balance changes that would make them useless damage-wise.  The only way a heavy large laser with continuous could be fit into a game like this is if most mechs could only fire it for a second or two before blowing their heat sinks.

Heavy lasers fire mechanics is just fine. May be some additional tweak or self-inflicted EMP, but nothing more.

X-Pulses should have better DPS, since they require constant aim on target.
