Fighting the final boss in Mass Effect 2 and shooting a nuke into it's mouth for the killing blow, which then cut perfectly into the ending cinematic (when the same cinematic played out the exact same way the next time even though that time I killed him by shooting an assault rifle into his eye, I was disappointed and realized the first time I killed him in the most perfect way possible 8))

Playing with my outfit (years ago, can't remember the name) in PlanetSide.

We hijacked an enemy Terran Republic Prowler (big tank with dual 100mm cannons and a pair of 20mm machine guns) on Forseral, one of the game's earth-like forest worlds. It was just the 3 of us, me in the main gun and the two other guys controlling the tank and the machine gun. Every time an enemy Reaver would swoop down at us, we'd hide in a forest and wait for him to peek down to find us, at which point he'd get a pair of 100mm slugs to the face. After about an hour and a half of this, we had 50+ kills, had no ammo, and the ENTIRE TANK was covered in bullet holes. We arranged a deal with some poor hapless Terran MAX we ran over; we would give him a ton of our own weapons in exchange for ammo boxes for the tank's main cannon. We met inside a warpgate (neutral zone which can teleport you to other maps, you cannot fire weapons in it), made the deal, then set off again. Eventually the Terrans started to push back at us, so we had less and less room to maneuver and hide in. Eventually, we got ambushed by a pair of Reavers which forced us to go down a road - full of mines and infantry. We went down in a blaze of glory, shooting anything that moved as the ground exploded around us.

PlanetSide:

Killing a Galaxy with a Thumper after shooting it over a mountain.

2nd best: PlanetSide; killing a Galaxy Gunship with a Basilisk.

3rd best: Flying a WASP Squadron getting a total (between all 5 of us) of about 300 Air-to-Air kills before the day was done. We never died until we logged off. It is also funny that we killed more than a few MAXes with them, too. Silly VS MAXes!
When will full game/demo/beta be released?
We're planning a beta release in the next *very* few weeks. At this time, we can't be more specific. Please stop asking.

No, I will not stop asking.

For me there are two.
The aftermentioned Return to Karhak mission in Homeworld 1. A simply incredible game.

And the ending to Mass Effect 1, when I said the new Council to piss off, and walked my way into the final credits. :D

I did the same thing... I mean hell, is there another way to do it?  Nuke to mouth is only true way. :P

God damn it I can't believe I let Livestream delete my old files. D:

I beat a game called Frantic Flea for SNES... it was one the most annoyingly hard games I've ever played. It is a pretty short game but this one level took me 9 hours of constant pain and toil. I finally beat it with a glorious speed run (which is the only way to beat it) and got it on livestream... but now the recording is gone. D:

Although... when I played Final Fantasy 1 last year my white mage and knight died to the second to last boss. I thought i was pretty screwed but decided to charge ahead with just my black belt and black mage... I ended up somehow killing the last boss before he finished me. :)

Several rounds of going 63\0 in a full server of BF2142 was pretty funny... that GANZ was a scary thing...

Once fought a dude in Jedi Academy who did nothing but spam a very quick one hit KO move with the saber staff (it was harder than it looked actually) I fought him and beat him by giving him a thousand papercuts one at a time every time we would clash like two samurai... he was mad bro. GOD I miss that game. :P

Few off the top of my head there.

My most epic/awesome moment of gaming has to be when I played Freelancer online. I managed to piss off an entire clan because three of their guys could not take me down in a PvP fight. At the same time....I miss that game.

Lol moment, my first ever multiplayer game of Jedi Outcast. Some weirdo was jumping about, and I was toting my Disruptor rifle, the sniper weapon of that game. I zoomed in on him, charged up, and fired, not expecting to hit a thing. As the poor jerk disintegrated, my jaw hit the floor. I will never be able to pull a shot off like that again, it was just that awesome. Mind you force jumping in that game is like BA JJ's in MWLL, they're incredibly hard to hit mid-jump.

Probably harder because you could get some nice bunny hopping momentum with it as well and they would often flip mid jump... not to mention if they had force speed. :P

I don't think it's too much to say that the entirety of Homeworld was an epic moment in gaming history.

My very first kill in Halo 3's multiplayer was a no-scoped sniper rifle headshot from the middle of the map on my buddy as he flew out of his base on Valhalla via the man cannon catapult thing.

I once DFA'd a Daishi using an Urbanmech in MW4M.

PlanetSide:

Killing a Galaxy with a Thumper after shooting it over a mountain.

For a moment, I missed the 'Planetside' bit, and thought you just killed over 200 Clan mechs with a mediocre artillery weapon in one turn.  O_O

To be completely honest, I don't think that's possible unless they were all in a cave or something xD but that moment is epic no less, it's killing a ship with like 18 people in it with a mediocre grenade launcher

Operation Flashpoint, pulling off a first try 1.8km nighttime shot on a walking target. the delay between firing and kill was absolutely stunning in its beauty.

Starcraft 2: having 3 continuous minutes of contact with the enemy. If you know anything about SC2, you should know that most engagements are over in 20 seconds or less. The composition was heavy terran/protoss ground versus terran, zerg and protoss mixed forces.

The final one that i can remember for now: doing at least 5 consecutive barrel rolls in a mini cooper on Nunbergring in Forza 3. i believe my face said it all once i stopped rolling.
