As Masakari says, and is evident from the pic, the harasser has been shrunk. It was incredibly huge for what it was, and thats been rectified.

If the harasser got smaller. I wonder if other assets got resized too? Maybe Uziel got smaller? Scat got bigger?

Hey, was just counting...

What is the tonnage available for Awesome? In XML, it is listed as 28 tonnes, but it is clearly wrong. 4*LPL=28 tonnes + 13 HS + ? GECM...

Was just trying to calculate the weight of GECM...
10 heat sinks are automatically given from the engine.

Not all weapons and equipment have their tabletop values and I don't think all of the variants will even suit the final build rules for MW:LL. (The RACwacker comes to mind.  I love the thing, but I just don't see how that thing is not ridiculously overweight.)

Actually... it isn't:

The primary armament is not overweight in CBT, complete with free tons. Bear in mind that I remember a dev stating that most projectile weapons get a "free ton" attached to the tonnage of the weapon.
When will full game/demo/beta be released?
We're planning a beta release in the next *very* few weeks. At this time, we can't be more specific. Please stop asking.

No, I will not stop asking.

Well you forgot the MGuns, and also Med Beams are 2 tons in MWLL.  So it is about 6 tons overweight, especially since it has 4 free tons on top of that.

I love the thing so I ain't complaining.  A little fudgery here and there for gameplay's sake is all good IMO.   :)

I suck!! But WE are AWESOME.  We started a unit.  What's that?!  YOU WANNA TOUCH MY UNIT?!! :P ^^12thVR Recruitment Page(clickthepic) ;)

Just keep in mind those several additional tons that appears with nearly every mech in MWLL. Bushwacker has 26 tons pod space, according to xml. MGuns were stated to be somewhere like 0.25 ton here. And a free ton for all kinetic weapons. But it also has LAMS... So, we are getting somewhere about 26 tons on the nearest CBT variant. May be, only 4 free tons are overweight. However, those listed tonns may be wrong (Awesome also has 26 free tons listed... That is clearly wrong). If bushwacker has 30 tons of pod space in MWLL, then it is of.

Too much cross pollination in the above arguments... If you go balls out you have to have 6 tons of RAC5 ammo, 1 ton of SRM4 ammo, and x2 Mguns with 2 tons of ammo(trololololol). This clearly won't fit on a bushwacker... however.. I built all the whackers myself with CBT rules and I say "close enough".

The warthog is the utter peak of IS medium technology as represented in MWLL.. as long as it is priced correctly the weights don't bother me.

There are plenty of other things to feel bad about... like Hollanders with Hgausses having 3 tons for ammo.. and the LRM15s on the Owens make me LOLOLOLOL.

Amusingly enough the things that rape gameplay the most (Beatstick shiva) are well within build rules... If anything, things aren't nearly as bad as they could be... the munchkin loadouts possible in Mechwarrior and Battletech have been pretty reined in so far.

I await MWLL mechlab with much anxious anticipation and nervous beard stroking....

I said

PRIMARY ARMAMENT

the 2 mguns were left out for a reason. The LAMS was left out because how it works and how much it weighs are definitely not anything close to how they are in CBT. The point was to show is that the Warthog really isn't that much overweight.

It'd still be a Warthog if it didn't have the 2 Mguns. MWLL also treats equipment a whole lot differently than it is treated in CBT (i.e. i get the feeling a lot of equipments don't even cost tons in MWLL).
