MWLL at 200 person Lanparty, February 24th, Pennsylvania

There has been some discussions on playing MWLL at the upcoming lanparty http://www.fites.net/. This is a 200 person lanparty that routinely get sold-out.

I'm actually having a LAN party at my house one the same day, any chance we could do a hook up or is a closed network?

Having run an 80+ person LAN event before I can tell you they aren't going to want people with >10ms pings playing with them.  The network won't be internal-only but the admins will likely set the gameservers to kick anyone from other subnets.

Seats are selling kinda fast, where does it talk about Living Legends?  And why is it "buried" in Events, it should be moved to General Discussion.
Get the word out about MW:LL, well, this would do it.

Hi, I am The Shoctor. (Part of this LAN Party.) This is my first post. I don't know who the OP is that mentioned us but I am grateful. You can find their thread here: http://www.fites.net/general-discussion/mechwarrior-living-legends/
I know with us it's difficult to get every game played at an event let alone have a dedicated server for them all but we try our best to accommodate.
I have just purchased Crysis Wars to give this a go. The person who mentioned you all on our site is new and only has one post mentioning they were coming and willing to set us up a dedicated server for it and I am thrilled. I actually found that we got mentioned here from the Google analytics page. This will be the first event our group is hosting as part of LANFest Sponsored by Intel. http://lanfest.intel.com so we hope with the extra resources this event will be the best yet!

So, I just wanted to stop in a say hello and that I will be trying this out as soon as I get this game pulled down. And I hope that the person who posted about setting up a server during our event posts in our thread again. If not I might have to figure out how to setup one up.

Game looks great and I can't wait to give it a shot.

Oh, I know it's a long way. I actually am from Baltimore but do these events in Mechanicsburg/Harrisburg. You might want to check out Pittsburgh LAN Coalition. They are a lot closer to you.
