<-- dislikes every little thing getting removed because people get stuck on them.
A tracked vehicle like an APC or Demolisher just
SHOULD NOT get irretrievably stuck on a small piece of waterlogged timber. APCs may handle like Styrofoam Powerwheels with lead blocks haphazardly duct-taped to the sides, but that doesn't mean they need to get completely stuck on a piece of wood.
And driving tanks deep in the river is an excellent way to conceal them! Why ELSE would you drive in the river? It's slower and (currently) very bumpy.
Here's the offending shrubbery I've been referring to:

I'm all about realism and simulation experience, like getting stuck on obstacles if you aren't careful, but this is a clear-cut case of detrimental bugs affecting gameplay in a negative way.
You're talking about Pallisades? The map where we stand on opposite sides of a 800m-1Km ravine and launch Arrows and Lt Gauss at each other, right?
The Shrubbery is the least of that maps problems IMO (no ASF or VTOLs to prevent campfests being no.1).
I agree with you on that, but I only posted this thread to identify a prevalent technical issue, not balance. Palisades balance discussion has been done before in other threads; I just want to be able to drive APCs without spending 10 minutes flailing around underwater like a meth-addled crocodile.
