3.8 was the highest i could get my 1055t to on the 790 chipset.

What volts are you at for 3.7 and how hot is it getting during a run of blend test in prime95?

Sorry it took so long to update again Bin...

At stock voltages (VCore 1.41 volts), air cooled:
Idle avg ~35-37 degrees
Prime 95 blend avg ~50 degrees, peak at 55 degrees

That does not look like a stock voltage. Is the vcore set to auto in BIOS?

everything I've read says stock voltage is 1.40.  The 1.41 I posted was what was reported by CPUID (volts were back and forth between 1.40 and 1.41). CPU-Z reports voltage at 1.40.

Can't remember is vcore is set to auto in the BIOS...I'll check next time I reboot  ;)
