Some of these maps make me want to cleave my eyes out with a rusty steel spork. Others are well done.
Keep up the good work for the ones making good maps...those who put less effort in than your average CS nerd, stop wasting my bandwidth.

That's not very nice, or grateful.  Everyone starts terrible but only get better over time and practice.  Each new map made or even started adds to the experience of that map maker.  All that matters is that they enjoy doing it.  If you don't like it don't download it but you don't have to come here and demotivate others from persuing something they enjoy.

Anyway, I appreciate the communities effort in creating maps.  Its very gratifying to see that there are people that love the mod enough to take the amount of time it requires to make even the smallest map.
If anyone needs a critique or some pointers from a dev I'll try to help out, time willing.

Seconded...

Its always good to see people making the kind of effort involved in creating even the simplest of maps... unless its something you have done yourself, its really hard to imagine the scope of work required to make even the simplest functioning map in cryengine.. I tip my hat(metaphorically speaking lol) to all our community map makers, your efforts are greatly appreciated. :)

Hell even the good ones make me want to do that.

Look at Extremity, great map, good approach lines, plenty of JJ fun in lowgrav, places to hide, map mechanic etc.
But my first reaction when playing it was something along the lines of "MY EYES, DEAR JESUS MY EYES!!!!" followed by "WHY GOD, WHY?!?!?!?!"

Still though, I feel giddy every time I see the downloader prompt during the loading screen

GJ mapmakers!!!

Some of the TC variations have been interesting.

Last night I was playing TC_seaport and i bought a mech and exited C6 only to be shot in the back by my turrets which had been switched from a location deeper in the city.

It forced us to defend a point further from the spawn it gave us, so we couldn't camp in the base like dicks.

Since the autodownloader has been introduced, every night playing this game has been absolute bliss. Thank you community map makers for making MWLL even more awesome!

Ill add my thanks to the community. The more work you do in adding maps, you extend the gameplay experience threefold.

I

I couldnt agree more.  The maps... regardless of any issues... are nothing if not breathtaking.  It was the first thing I noticed in MW:LL.  The Maps leave me speachless.  Thank you so Much for an absolutely amazing job.
